Program Refund Policy

Experience Archery

Course cancellation or transfers are accepted up to 7 days in advance of your booking. Refunds and transfers are subject to a $10 plus HST administration fee.

Youth between the ages in 10 and 12 MUST be accompanied by a participating adult. Should a youth between 10 and 12 show up to participate in experience archery without the registered adult, they will not be able to participate and no refund will be issued.

Archery 101 & 102 (level 1, 2, & 3)

Refunds requested 7 days or more prior to the start date of classes will be accepted. Anything under 7 days will require documentation to support absence or refund (ie. doctor's note, obituary, etc.)

Course refunds are subject to a $20.00 plus HST administration fee per individual.

Transfers are accepted up to 48 hours in advance of the course start date, however, any transfers made within 7 days of the course start date are subject to a $20.00 plus HST administration fee per individual. The transfer fee MUST be paid prior to confirmation of the new lesson start time.

Transfers are subject to availability.

For refunds requested within the 7 day period prior to class start date, a credit will be issued. The administration fee will be subtracted from the credit.

NOTE: this is a course designed with specific instruction and learning outcomes in mind. You are purchasing a time slot on a specific day and time for the duration of the course. Missing a class, without cause (see the refund policy above), will not result in a refund for the class or a make up class. Please be mindful of your own schedule when booking so that you pick the best night to allow you to attend all of your classes.

Instructional Bridging Class

Purchases of the instructional bridging class are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Completion of the instructional bridging course will allow you to participate in any of the upcoming level two lesson programs but does not allow you to join a program in progress.

Private & Semi-Private Lessons

Refunds are accepted up to 72 hours in advance of the ORIGINAL lesson start time and are subject to a $20.00 plus HST administration fee per individual. Requests made under 72 hours prior to the start time are subject to a $35.00 plus HST cancellation fee per individual.

Should you be unable to attend your lesson, please let us know no less than 24 hours prior to your start time. Every effort will be made to accommodate a transfer. 

Any transfers made within the 24 hour period prior to start time are subject to a $20.00 plus HST administration fee per individual. The transfer fee MUST be paid prior to confirmation of the new lesson start time.

Showing up late does NOT mean that your time start starts when you arrive. Your lesson starts at the top of the hour you selected in your booking.

Cancellations and transfers are not accepted within 2 hours of the start time (this includes no shows).

Purchasing a 3 pack of lessons:

Upon purchase you will be required to schedule your first lesson through the booking portal and, immediately, the above applies.

Following the completion of your first lesson you will be given the opportunity to book your second with the coach at that time. Should you be unable to agree on the next lesson, fear not, your purchase does not expire. Be mindful, however, that should you wish to achieve a membership you must complete all three lessons within a two month period that commences on the ORIGINAL start date of your first lesson booking.

Should you complete your first lesson and, before booking the second, wish for a refund of the remaining two, the above refund policy applies. So much as in that you are subject to a $20.00 plus HST administration fee per individual.

The same is true should you wish for a refund on the third lesson following the completion of the second.

Once a booking is confirmed, the above refund policy applies in full.

Completion of the bridging program also does not allow for you to purchase a club membership. Should you be seeking a club membership based on your current knowledge, the Range Safety Evaluation is a more appropriate purchase.

Range Safety Evaluations

Purchases of the range safety evaluation are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Should you be unable to attend your evaluation, please let us know no less than 24 hours prior to start time. Every effort will be made to accommodate the transfer. 

Cancellations made within the 24 hours will result in a forfeiture of the evaluation and a new evaluation will need to be purchased.

XQuest Club Memberships

XQuest Club Memberships are a one-time purchase for the specified time, are NON-REFUNDABLE, and expire after the allotted time.

Your membership start date will be the earlier of the following: 7 days after purchase OR membership card pickup.

Tournament Refund Policy

No refunds 4 days prior to the tournament date.

Drop In & Equipment Rental Refund

Drop Ins are NON-REFUNDABLE

Transfers are accepted up to 24 hours in advance of your booking. Transfers made under 24 hours are subject to a $10 plus HST administration fee and must be completed by PHONE ONLY. Requests submitted by email will not be accepted.

The transfer fee MUST be paid prior to confirmation of the new drop-in start time.
